Description

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of elevators, escalators, and moving walks.
• Attend breakdown calls, diagnose faults, and restore equipment within the defined response time.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
• Conduct periodic inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Carry out minor repairs, adjustments, lubrication, and replacement of defective parts.
• Complete testing and commissioning activities after repairs or installation.
• Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and customer visit logs.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines at all sites.
• Coordinate with customers, supervisors, and other departments to ensure timely service delivery.
• Identify modernization or repair opportunities and report them to the Service Sales team.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and support rescue operations whenever required.
