Key Responsibilities Installation & Maintenance • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of elevators and escalators. • Carry out installation, testing, and commissioning activities as assigned. • Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently. Troubleshooting & Repairs • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults. • Attend service calls and rectify issues within stipulated timelines. • Replace defective components and perform corrective maintenance. Safety & Compliance • Follow company safety policies and site regulations. • Conduct routine safety inspections and report hazards. • Maintain service records and documentation accurately. Customer Support • Coordinate with customers regarding maintenance activities. • Address customer concerns professionally and promptly. • Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service delivery. Reporting • Submit daily service reports and maintenance checklists. • Update supervisors on pending issues and site requirements. Qualifications • ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline. • Experience in elevators, escalators, electrical maintenance, or industrial equipment preferred.
