- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Job Summary
The Service Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue through Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (CMC), repairs, modernization, spare parts, and value-added services for elevators and escalators. The role focuses on maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring contract renewals, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets while coordinating closely with the service operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual service sales targets.
- Generate new business for AMC, CMC, repairs, modernization, and spare parts.
- Identify new customers and convert maintenance opportunities.
- Conduct site surveys to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable service solutions.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Ensure timely renewal of maintenance contracts.
- Conduct regular customer visits and review meetings.
- Address customer concerns in coordination with service operations.
- Improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Contract & Commercial Management
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers.
- Prepare quotations, tenders, agreements, and other commercial documents.
- Follow up on proposals until order closure.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding receivables.
Market Development
- Identify modernization and repair opportunities from the installed base.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Develop business opportunities from existing customers and referrals.
Coordination
- Work closely with Service Engineers and Supervisors for lead generation.
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth execution of contracts.
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline with accurate updates.

Preferred Experience
Candidates having experience with leading elevator companies such as Otis, KONE, Schindler, TK Elevator, Johnson Lifts, Mitsubishi, Fujitec, Hitachi, or Birla Elevators, or similar technical service industries will be preferred.
